We are very excited to begin construction to the Library parking lot this Fall. The project will consist of repaving the existing lot entirely, adding an additional 18-space lot across the street that will act primarily as staff parking, as well as include a brand new, taller book drop to replace the existing one.
This project is funded by a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, along with funding from savings from the Library.
It is expected to take about two months to complete.
